Who’s loving our kitchen week on the blog?! Hopefully it has been helpful for you to get some inspiration and ideas. Today we are sharing a selection of backsplash options that are affordable (yay!) as well as timeless and long lasting. We are seeing a lot of fun backsplash options (colorful cement tiles, bold patterns, etc – and maybe we’ll do a post on that soon) right now, but today we wanted to focus on options that will be in style for a very long time.
If you’ve been a reader for a while now, you know we love white! You can never go wrong with a white tile option in your kitchen. Carrera marble tile is another great neutral option with a little variance if you don’t want a solid color. They come in all sorts of great shapes to add interest to your space!
DESIGNER TIP: When you are selecting grout for your tile, think about whether you want each tile to be framed out or if you would rather it look more blended together. If you want each tile to stand out, go with a grey grout with the white or a darker grey with the Carrera. If you want more of an even look, go with white grout with the white tile and a very light grey with the Carrera.
