Hello and thank you so much to Megan and Dawn for having me here today. Just a little bit about me, I own Danielle Oakey Interiors and live in Southern California with my husband and two kids. We are here in Southern Cal temporarily while my husband completes his residency in ophthalmology. Because I have had to live on a strict decorating budget for so long, I have gotten really resourceful when it comes to sourcing items for my house and my customers. My favorite shops to find steals on home items are West Elm, Target, HomeGoods, and Urban Outfitters. As for my decorating style, I melt for traditional architecture with modern furniture and decor. I love the juxtaposition of the old and detailed with the sleek and new. My designs frequently feature neutral basics infused with pops of color. I like to mix metals, textures, wood and pattern to spice up a neutral space. I hope you guys like some of my current favorite home items!
