GET THE LOOK: THE TWO TONE KITCHEN

Right now we are seeing a major trend in kitchens that you may have noticed in some of our recent projects (HERE + HERE) and that is a two-tone kitchen. Talk about a fabulous way to create a unique and custom space! We are seeing a lot of the uppers (upper cabinets) being painted white and then the lowers being painted a contrasting color or stained darker to really make the space pop. You may be thinking that this is too bold for you and you worry about it going out of style. Our tip for you, if you still want to achieve this look, would be to stick with painting your island the different color. That way, if you want to switch it up in the future, you only have to repaint that small section. We are implemented this look in a lot of the remodels and new home builds we are doing and it’s just stunning. Below we are sharing some of our current favorite colors to achieve this two tone kitchen look in case you want to jump on board!
