Happy Monday, everyone! Most of the projects you see here are of our bigger/high end projects simply because they take the majority of our time. However, with that being said, we do often do smaller scale – “on a budget” type jobs as well. Right now I am working on some e-design projects for people wanting to get the look of a well-put together room, but have a smaller budget. The funny thing is, these types of josz are a bit harder and take time to source inexpensive items that still give us the upscale look we desire. My favorite part of this job is sourcing and finding new products and items, so I love it!
Right now I am working on a sitting area for a client who has a large family room that is divided into the main living section and then a sitting area right in front of the fireplace. I also have a client who is on a budget to get her living room updated. For both of these projects I was on the hunt for affordable love seats or settees that would be paired with a pair of smaller scale chairs. I found a handful of great options all of which are UNDER $500 (most even under $400). I thought I would share them here in case any of you are on the hunt as well.
