Hey hey! So today we are excited to reveal one of our most recent installs (you may have seem some sneak peeks if you follow us on Instagram) that we did a few weeks back. This is a home that we started consulting on at the very beginning of 2015. When our new build clients find us, they are typically at the blueprint stage and we love this so we can take part in designing the exterior of the house, not just the interior. These clients were past that stage, however we ended up changing things they had already decided on as the design process went on. For instance, they had decided on a darker brown exterior paint and we ended up with a medium grey color to compliment their outside stone.
When first meeting with these clients, they described their style as traditional and a little tuscan. We work with every type of design style, however our main priority is helping them make classic choices in their homes, choices that they will still love 10 years from now. So as we pushed them a bit and as time went on, they realized that where they came from wasn’t necessarily where they wanted to end up at the end of it all. Seeing our clients catch the vision with our help is the best part of the job!
These clients stayed away for the 3 days that we installed their home and walked into a brand new, fully furnished 10,000 square foot home. CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE? This will never be my life, haha! So glad I get to do it for other people. There were so many happy tears shed at the reveal, I wish I had it on video.
